PARC FIT exercise programs consist of yoga, tai chi, strength training programs, seated and standing balance and mobility classes with a one on one PARC FIT instructor. We can also measure noticeable improvements using the IHP tool (Interactive Health Partner) after 3-6 months. Our programs have shown improvement in seniors with mobility and joint issues.
We also have a Wellness Nurse available to our seniors for screenings, regular meetings to identify risk factors, and illness prevention.
