As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, the Nassau County Council on Aging serves as an advocate and resource for those age 60 and older seeking information, counseling, assistance and referral to available services.

Through programs such as Adult Day HealthCare, Home Health Services, Meals on Wheels and more, as well as our two Senior Life Centers, the Nassau County Council on Aging is dedicated to helping seniors live, happy healthy lives here in northeast Florida.
