All PARC Retirement Living’s communities hire skilled Executive Chefs that carefully prepare all of our meals under the guidance of our Registered Dietitian/Active Living Manager. Our Executive Chefs are experienced and have trained in the best hotels in Vancouver and Europe. They bring a culinary synergy of healthy, but great tasting food at our retirement residences. Everyone loves comfort food so we do offer these selections throughout our menus including macaroni & cheese, shepherd’s pie, chicken pot pie and fish & chips.
With a wide selection of 5 entrees for lunch and dinner and daily specialty items, our residences receive a three course meal with five star service. The experience is like going out for dinner at a fine dining restaurant. We create a family experience in our dining rooms. We all call them by name and have a great relationship with our staff.
We also offer PARC SMART meal options at every meal that are low in sodium, sugars and fats. Our meals include fresh fruits and vegetables and are carefully prepared from scratch by our skilled Executive Chefs under the guidance of our Registered Dietitian/Active Living Manager.
