Good Samaritan Society – Loveland Village Wellness Director Evon Schones and her team provide a culture of wellness for our residents there.

“My job is to put together a wellness program that as many people can benefit from as possible,” Evon says. “Whether you live in health care, whether you live in assisted living, or whether you live in senior living.”

Wellness classes like the ones at Loveland Village are part of each of our Good Samaritan Society locations in 24 states. Find a class just for you by clicking this link:

Our wellness programs encourage a balanced, healthy lifestyle by focusing on six key dimensions: physical, spiritual, social, intellectual, emotional and vocational.

Opportunities vary from educational seminars and fitness activities to social clubs and support groups.

Loveland Village offers more than 25 classes a week that include four levels of balance classes, two levels of strength training, drumming, water fitness and more. “Everything for every level,” Evon says.

She also says that residents who engage in the wellness classes have a greater sense of social well-being and self empowerment.
